Our work,
our name.
What NextSpace Labs owns, how you may reference or reuse it, how we respect the marks and copyright of others, and how to submit a takedown or licensing request.
1. Copyright in this Website
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content on this Website — including text, graphics, illustrations, animations, SVG artwork, typography arrangements, source code, layout, structure, and the overall “look and feel” — is:
© 2026 NextSpace Labs Private Limited. All rights reserved.
Copyright protection subsists under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Berne Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
2. Trademarks
The following are trademarks of NextSpace Labs Private Limited, whether registered or unregistered:
- NextSpace Labs and its stylised wordmark.
- The NextSpace Labs M/A monogram shown on the Website and product surfaces.
- Our product names, wordmarks, iconography, and product illustrations.
- The tagline “An innovation lab. Building the software the next century will run on.”
- Other product names and taglines introduced by NextSpace Labs from time to time.
Trademark applications may be pending or granted in India and other jurisdictions. Where the ® symbol is used, the mark is registered in at least one jurisdiction; otherwise, it is asserted as a common-law trademark. Absence of a symbol does not indicate absence of rights.
3. What you may do without asking
You may:
- Reference NextSpace Labs and our products in editorial, journalistic, or academic contexts, using the correct trademarked spelling.
- Quote small excerpts of our written content (up to roughly 150 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the original page — consistent with fair dealing under the Indian Copyright Act and fair use in other jurisdictions.
- Link to any public page on nxtspacelabs.com using our name, provided the link does not misrepresent your relationship with us or imply endorsement.
- Take screenshots of our Website for personal, editorial, or research purposes.
4. What you may not do without written permission
- Reproduce our logo, monogram, or product wordmarks on your own product, packaging, marketing material, event branding, or merchandise.
- Use our trademarks in a domain name, social-media handle, or company name.
- Alter our marks — recolour, redraw, animate, adapt, or combine them with other marks.
- Suggest that a product, service, event, or opinion is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NextSpace Labs when it is not.
- Reproduce substantial portions of our written content, source code, or design system, whether verbatim or in materially similar paraphrase.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from our Website using automated tooling for commercial purposes, or to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission.
5. Third-party marks
Our Website may reference or display marks that belong to third parties — for example, technologies we build with, partners we collaborate with, or press outlets that have covered our work. All such marks are the property of their respective owners, and are used for identification and editorial purposes only, without any claim of ownership or endorsement.
If you are the owner of a third-party mark shown on our Website and you would prefer we display it differently — or not at all — write to us and we will act promptly.
6. User-generated content in our products
When you upload, transmit, or otherwise contribute content to a NextSpace Labs product, you retain your copyright in that content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, cache, and make technical modifications to your content strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you and to the intended audience.
We do not sell your content. We do not use it to train third-party foundation models. We do not sublicense it to advertisers or data brokers. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

If you would like to licence NextSpace Labs content, source code, illustrations, or brand assets for a specific use, write to connect@nxtspacelabs.com with the subject line “Licensing”. Include the intended use, audience, distribution, and duration. Most reasonable requests receive a reply.
10. Open-source software
NextSpace Labs products build on top of open-source software, and we honour the licences of the projects we depend on. Where a product includes open-source components, an in-product credits screen and, where required, licence text are available inside the product.
Where we contribute back to the open-source ecosystem, we do so under the licence appropriate to that contribution, published from our public repositories.
11. Reservation of rights
